link counter in comments?

    Hi,
    I have a question.
    Does the link counter in yoast calculate the internal links in comments?
    and are they (internal links in comments) important for seo?

    Hello,

    The text link counter counts the number of internal links within the content of the post itself, and the number of internal links on your website that reference that post. It doesn’t calculate the internal links in the comments.
