Link CSS 2 New Theme

    Hey,

    I have created a new theme for a web site I am developing (www.estudiosilvestre.com), on server my index.php doesn’t seem to recognize style.css.
    On my (old) book it says change the “@import url” on home.php – but there isn’t any home.php on my WP version.

    Anyone knows where to make this change so index.php will link to style.css ?
