I solved this with a single line of custom css:

.ebg-br-wrapper > .ebg-br-background-image { pointer-events: none; }

You can fix it like this:

.ebg-br-wrapper > .ebg-br-background-image {
  height: 33px;
  left: auto;
  right: 0;
  width: 33px;
}
