Link doesn’t go anywhere

  • Hey just installed the plugin and set it up in fb, etc. I just made my first test order to see how it works, I got to the order confirmation page of my site and there is a link there to get updates through messenger however it doesn’t actually link anywhere, is there something obvious that I have done wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated thanks!!

    Hey,
    did you see the checkbox plugin within the checkout form?
    Can you see the “Send to Messenger” Button on the thank you page?

    Please check you console for any JS errors.
