link doesn’t include container ID

    Hello,

    We’ve recently noticed that the GTM link in the <noscript> tag doesn’t include the container ID, and therefore is a broken link. Instead of the GTM ID, the link just includes the ID “1”.

    For example, it’s currently output as <iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=1", but from what I can see in the GTM installation instructions, it should be <iframe src="https://www.googletagmanager.com/ns.html?id=GTM-XXXXXXX".

    Though we understand that the use of the <noscript> tag is of minimal importance, it would still be helpful if this was a functional link in line with GTM’s installation guidance.

  • I agree with Chelsey. The plugin contains a bug that does not generate the right tracking code. Since the core feature of the module is to enable GTM integration I think this feature should work as intended and needs to be fixed in an urgent matter.
