Link doesn’t open on iOS

  • Hi. We are using Super Advent Calendar Premium plugin and encountered a problem with the link not opening on iOS mobile devices. On Android, it works fine. What could be the issue?

    Hi @megija05,

    Thank you for getting in touch! It seems Safari on iOS is blocking the page from opening. I’ll see what I can do to fix this. A quick workaround for now is to uncheck the “Open in a new window” setting but I understand this is not ideal.

    Hi,
    Unfortulately update didn’t help, it still doesn’t open.
    But unchecking the checkbox allows the link to open. Thank you!

    Hmm very strange, it did work on my tests iOS 17 and iOS 16 and Safari. But glad to hear the alternative works for you as well.
