Link error

    When I try to link to a pdf from the Details link on the product catalogue page I keep getting “An appropriate representation of the requested resource could not be found on this server. This error was generated by Mod_Security.”

    Help any ideas?

    This error is most likely due to an incorrect rule in .htaccess file or due to “mod_security” package being too strict. If it is not due to the .htaccess file, you could try contacting your website host to ask them to add an exception rule in “mod_security” to allow these requests.
