Link expired and error trying to send message

  • Hi,
    After update to 5.4, I cannot update a form “The link you followed has expired.”

    and Forms don’t work – “there was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

    I’ve rolled back to 5.3, does not work

    The second issue “there was an error trying to send your message” has been fixed by removing the reCAPTCHA integration

    I’m using CF7 Smart Grid Design Extension
    Contact Form 7
    Easy WP SMTP
    Redirection for Contact Form 7

    I am having the same issue too. Do I need to upgrade wordpress version?
