Link from event post to see list of all events?

    My events list (limited to 3, using Quick Event List widget) is on my home page. When you click on the calendar icon for an event, you are taken to the event post. So far, so good. However, I would like the user to be able to access a list of all events from an event post: I only limit the display to 3 on the home page for reasons of space.

    I created a separate page that lists all events, but I really don’t want to have to manually include a link on every single event post to get to a full list.

    I’ve been through all the QEM settings but I can’t figure out whether there is some “See all” function that I’m missing…

    OK, I have a solution. I have added a sidebar for events postings, which lists all the events.

    I’m still curious, though, whether there is something built-in for what I was asking about.

    Hi Sirih,
    I can do this for you. It just needs a couple of fields on the widget settings: one for the URL of the full list and one for the anchor text (not everybody speaks English).

    My sincere apologies for not getting back to you re the update you took the time and effort to send me. I have been really busy and kept thinking I would get around to it, but failed to do so. I very much appreciate your willingness to investigate and help out, and just wanted you to know that I’m not ungrateful, just have too many things on my plate!
