Link Health Report shows error for all my links

    Hi.

    I just purchased your plugin to help me find and fix broken affiliate links.

    My problem is that each link I create shows an error in the Link Health Report. I have tried all types of links (images, text etc) and they all behave the same.

    If I visit the link through my page it goes exactly where it is supposed to go.

    The message I get is “Failed on getting a response from provided url.”

    How do I fix it so that I only see an error message when my link is actually not doing what is supposed to do or is showing a 404 on the linked to site?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    It’s possible that if your server has a firewall or something that could prevent our plugin from accessing the destination link, it will mark your affiliate links as an “error”.

    Once you’ve cleared the possible server issue, please check if the links are redirecting to the correct destination when you click or paste it to your browser. If you’re still getting an “error” status, then it’s safe to say that you can ignore these warnings. You can choose to ‘Ignore’ the link reported as ‘error’ on Thirsty Affiliates > Reports > Link Health tab.
