Link Hover Color in Content Area and Primary Sidebar

  • I am trying to get my hover color to work. This is the code I used:
    ‘a:hover {
    color: #00a99d !important;
    }’

    It isn’t working. I want to keep my menu colors and text decoration the way they are but change only the hover n the content area and primary sidebar.

    Any suggestions?
