Link image to two differtent things

  • I have website based on the Pinboard theme, which is located at LatexBabes.com.

    I set the image to link to post url, and this is what I want the site to be doing on the main page. I was wondering if it would be possible to keep it this way, and then link to full size image, from the post page.

    a) click on image on main page -> post page
    b) click on image on post page -> full image in a browser

  • A technique i’ve used for this may help depending on how your image is displayed.

    In my case i would attach a featured image (thumbnail) to the post, disable featured images from appearing within posts, then place the image within the post editor.
    (You’d then need some type of plugin for the full image in browser function- lightbox may work)
