Yes! It is possible to add links to the images in your carousels.
When you first select your images that you want the carousel to display, take a look at the right area of the images selector and find the heading that says “Attachment Display Settings“. Look for a field that says “Link To” and from the drop down menu select “Custom URL“, then enter a url. The url can be a link to a post,page or anywhere.
