    Hi,

    Is it possible to put an external link in Footer Byline Text? When there is no content in Footer Byline Text, it shows THEME: GRIDSBY BY MODERNTHEMES.NET, where MODERNTHEMES.NET is a hyperlink. How to make my own text in Footer Byline Text a clickable link without changing the footer.php file?

    I was waiting for reply, but it didn’t come within a day, so I decided to modify footer.php & it’s worked out fine. For safety, I have used a child theme.
