Link in new window, featured image on event

    Hi there,
    I apologize if I am asking a question that has been asked before. I searched your support but couldn’t find an answer.

    First question:
    I now put links on the different events, and all those links lead to external website. Is there a way to open those links in a new window?

    Second question:
    I add featured images to all events, and can see those in the main calendar https://blogable.club/events/ when hovering over the event, but is it possible to see the featured image on a single event too?

    Hello @marierebelle,

    Thanks for reaching out!

    1) Please add the following code snippet in functions.php file of your theme / child theme:
    https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/3584b8aee70cde484700
    Make sure to exclude the first line, the one with opening PHP tag (<?php), and copy and paste the rest. This snippet will force Event, Organizer and Venue website links, available on single event page, to open in a new tab.

    2) The featured image should be displayed on a single event page at the top of the post, before the content.
