Link in Order Email

  • Hi,

    When I recieve an order email, after a customer has gone through the process of uploading and paying for the document, there is no link in the email for the document – this is quite important, how do I resolve this?

    This is one of the listed features and is not working.

    Sorry for delay in response.
    Well, emails are not supposed to get a link to that file as the file is already in your media gallery , you can check the file name in wp-admin > media so that really is not necessary. Also, we have note said that file will be included in the order emails.

    So all that we listed are working as expected. Let me know if you need any other information on that.
