    I noticed that if a url is written in the textarea it appears linkable, but in the sidebar where there is the Better Recent Comments plugin the link appears as text.

    Thanks for getting in touch and for using Better Recent Comments.

    I replicated your concern on a test site and I see what you mean.

    I’m afraid that the plugin doesn’t have an option to allow you to display clickable or linked text (such as a URL) in the comment text of the widget in the sidebar – thanks for the suggestion! I have added it to our feature request list so that we can track the amount of demand for it. We will let you know if we add this to a future version of the plugin.

    In the meantime, I’m sorry that this isn’t possible.
