Link in the footer doesnt work

    I got the code correct as far as i know but it will not open to the website
    <p class="art-page-footer">Design by <a href="www.rebelshouse.nl">Rebel's House</a></p>
    When i press the link it will past the webadres behind the current adress and will show a errorpage.
