    Hello,
I would like to know how can I insert a link in PDF so that it can be clickable on the Flipbook.

I read this sentence in your premium version, so I guess that this feature is available only for the premim version (right?): Beware that the links need to be defined explicitly, auto-conversion to URL text to link won’t happen.

Can you please explain what you mean with “defined explicitly”?

    Thank you

    Hi,

Sometimes users just type the URLs as text in the document and export them as PDF.
Some Desktop reader then auto-convert them to links by detecting valid URLs in text. This is a case where the link was not defined explicitly by user by was rather auto created by the Reader.

Example: In WordPress post, writing https://www.thisisaURL.com won’t turn it into URL. You select that portion and link it to a URL https://www.thisisaURL.com. Similarly it has to done is the Document before exporting a PDF.

We are not sure how to put it, it’s tricky to define. So we used a nearest possible meaning “defined explicitly”.

You can test your PDFs beforehand if the links are working in our live Viewer. https://dearflip.com/pdf-viewer/

    Best Regards,
