I am having issue with
link in the text ‘Gas prices in Maui’
https://mauinow.com/2023/01/15/little-movement-in-maui-o%CA%BBahu-gas-prices/I want to make it “follow” so kept it in excluded section but it is not supporting and changing link there automatically. I want above link to be do-follow.
What to do?

Yes right…but it change autmatically to
https://mauinow.com/2023/01/15/little-movement-in-maui-oahu-gas-prices/
on hitting save button under excluded section….see my screenshot above
does not support %CA%
