    Hello,
We’re having some issues with site search, and it seems to be related to the link library. Errors are along the lines:

Notice: Trying to get property of non-object in /home/imimedia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/link-library/link-library.php on line 117

WordPress database error: [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘AND ( p.post_status = ‘publish’ or p.post_status = ‘draft’ ) LIMIT 1′ at line 1]
    SELECT COUNT(*) FROM wp_posts p JOIN wp_term_relationships rl ON p.ID = rl.object_id WHERE rl.term_taxonomy_id = AND ( p.post_status = ‘publish’ or p.post_status = ‘draft’ ) LIMIT 1

Notice: Undefined offset: 0 in /home/imimedia/public_html/wp-content/plugins/link-library/link-library.php on line 109

    Any ideas?

    Thank you!

    Laura

Please update to the latest version. I think I corrected the issue that was causing issues with searching.

Thanks, Yannick. I’ve updated to the latest version and have attempted searching for a link on the site (‘hargreaves’ is in the name of one link and appears nowhere else), however it still did not show up in search results. I have checked that the setting to show links is search results is selected. Is there any other information I could give you that will help with troubleshooting?
I’ve just thought of one more thing that may affect it–we use the pro version of Content Views to display our search results, and I note that there is no content type for ‘link’ shown in the ‘post type’ selection. There are only post, page, product, project, file, store, media. I don’t know how everything is set up, of course, but thought that might be related or helpful somehow.

Please try with the latest update I pushed today (6.1.18) and make sure to check the following two options under the Global Options section of Link Library in the admin:

    – Individual link pages can be seen by visitors
    – Links appear in search results

Still no dice, I’m afraid; both those options are enabled.
