Link-manager.php

When I login to wp-admin.php, and I click on “links” to goto my link manager, the page just shows a blank page with the number “54” in the upper left-hand corner.

I’ve tried reinstalling wp and still get the same thing. the rest of the admin section works perfectly and the link manager worked when I first installed it.
