Link opening in main window & popup

What code you are using in your page to add the popup – please paste the full shortcode or link into your reply and provide a link to the page on your site where I can see the issue.

This link opens a Windows and a pop-up:

This link is OK:

WBoth of the links work the same for me on Firefox, Chrome, Safari & IE on my test site. Underscores in the filename wouldn’t make any difference to the popup.

Can you explain exactly what the issue is and what you mean by “This link opens a Windows and a pop-up.”

The popup windows all seem to be working as I would expect them to on that page.

I have now tested with another PC and it works. With IE and Firefox. There seems to be a browser problem.

Hi, I have on my Macbook the same browser problem. Only Imac everything is fine (Safari, Firefox etc. ) What could be the problem? Did you solve this?

I have not been able to reproduce the problem. My best guess is that the browser on your macbook has a setting or add-on to block pop up windows.
