Link opens in 2 tabs

  • I did change the pic plus the link of a previous post.
    When “read more” is clicked it links to correct post & the previous post.
    When pic is clicked, it links to previous post.
    Below is the set-up done by my previous webman.
    I just changed the pic URL and the link.
    What did I do wrong?
    Please help.
