Link Options button causes odd behavior in dashboard

When we add a link to a post and click the “link options” button there is odd behavior. We don’t get the popup window with the options. A placeholder link shows up and the scrolling of the browser window disappears.
This was fine last night. We didn’t update any plug-ins or anything last night. Tested this on two different computers.

Also, when leaving the dashboard page, we don’t get the “are you sure you want to leave the page” message. That’s unusual.
