    Hello!

The first order made on my membership site was paid but possibly for misconfiguration of the webhook the member was not created at the checkout. I would like to link the WordPress member with the payment so her membership is up to date.

    How do I do it?

    Thank you!

Note: I tested it in sandbox after adding the necessary events on the webhook and now seems to be working fine.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out to the Paid Memberships Pro team.

Please navigate to Memberships > Members and create a member from there. Once the user account has been created, create an order the same order values as well as a transaction ID and subscription ID that match that user’s transaction in the gateway.

Once done, PMPro will sync with the gateway and future payments will be recorded in PMPro as normal.

    Kind Regards,
