link preview

I am using Visual Link Preview plugin and it’s working fine but I’m concerned about using a service that is dependent on a third party (Microlink API).
If something happens I don’t have anyway to retrieve even the urls because the coding for an entry is for instance:

Which to me is merely gibberish.
Besides the “Search” function doesn’t work because of the above.
WHAT I WANT TO DO is get the same result but all data on my installation and readable.
Is there away to do this? `
