Link problem from details(browser issue)

    I tried to put files .rar/zip files from my media and put the link from details
    e.q
    name/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/pastapino.rar
    it somehow work and download when click using mozilla firefox.
    the problem when i click using google chrome it open from another tab and display random character and it doesn’t download the .rar/zip file

    Is there a way to fix this browser compatibility?

    We have tested this scenario by uploading a .zip file in WP-Media and download it through the link in google chrome and it works perfectly at our end.
