• Suddenly, when I try to add a url to a photo or add a url to a post, it adds my site name in front of it so doesn’t take the user to the correct page. For instance, my site is sitstayart.org. When I try to add a link to the beneficiary of our event (www.petsandpeople.org), the link becomes https://sitstayart.org/www.petsandpeople.org. I checked the html, and the href is correct! So I’m not sure what the issue is!

    HELP!

  • Looks like you’ve fixed it already.

I’ve fixed the plain link on the page, but if you click on the photo it doesn’t work. Same as all the photos on the Sponsors page!

What’s the HTML you’re putting in? If you use <a href="www.petsandpeople.org"><image></a> then yeah, that would do it. You have to define the https:// part first.

Yeah, I know. I got the images fixed now too, but why am I having to go in and do the html? Normally I can just go into the media and set the url in the image gallery. Or just hit the link image when I’m creating it. I shouldn’t have to go in and change all of the html.

You probably put it in wrong when you uploaded the media, is all I can guess. Or something/one changed it.
