I think so, yes. So you dragged and dropped the widget called Links to your sidebar area. If so, then that widget does not follow any of the configuration elements from Link Library. It just displays a simple bullet list of links, probably in the order that they were created.
To get Link Library to display links according to the parameters configured in the Link Library plugin, you would need to:
– Install the Shortcodes in Sidebar Widgets plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/shortcodes-in-sidebar-widgets/)
– Drag-and-drop two Text Widgets plugins in your sidebar
– Use the link library shortcode in each widget ([link-library])
– To show different libraries, you could either use different library setting configurations, or use shortcode parameters to specify which categories should be displayed (https://ylefebvre.ca/wppluginsdoc/index.php?title=Category_selection)
