  • It’s possible the emails are being sent, you are just not receiving them. Depends on who your email is with, how your dns zone file is configured, and which SMTP server you used to send them.

    What is the domain name of your FROM email address?

    Checked all parameters on hosting with hoster. That’s all right.
    Other forms sent emails from site correctly and I receive them successfuly (f.e. Jetpack and WP-Mail-SMTP plugins). SMTP plugin is tuned and checked, all emails sent over smtp. phpmail not use. FROM email address contains main domain address.

    I guess it’s not a mail problem then.

    Do you get the success message on the screen? If not, you may need to configure the private link recovery…look in the Participants Database settings under the “retrieve link” tab.

    Yes, I get success message and new participant adds to base.
    Now I think that I found the problem. Need some time for checking then I will write about result.

    My postbox which I set for this messages has redirect to main postbox. And emails from plugin don’t sent to it. I don’t know why because all other emails I reseive without problems.
    Now I set main email address and plugin works well. but the problem remains )
