Link Redirection Error aftet Comment

Today I found thay in my wordpress site comment system with a problem.
Once user want to send a comment, wherever he/she written the comment, by clicking the “Send Comment” buttom he/she will be sent to link “https://molun.net/%5ehttp:/molun.net/”. It’s a wrong obviously. But I can’t find where is the problem.
I had tried stop all the plugins or reinstall the wordpress system or change the theme, but problem still there. I wonder whether it’s .htaccess file’s problem, but I check it and it seems fine.
Please help me or tell me where I can try to check to find whether it’s a problem there.
