Link Sandstorm WordPress to domain name

Hello everyone,

I have create a whole new website on wordpress (via sandstorm) and bought a domain name on i.t. Itch. Nevertheless, I do not manage to link the two together….

I have followed what is indicated on the dashboad (in CNAME and In TXT) – but not working. So, I sent an email to It-itch (the hoster) what the problem was. They answered:

“I see your domain is working correctly and is resolving to the following IP address: XXX

However, it looks like the server is either down or configured to not respond to pings. The server is responding with a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” notification.

The issue you are facing is server related so please contact your server administrator for assistance.”
