• Until recently this was nonexistent.I do not know where or when it came from. If you look at the page and scroll down there is a section beginning with the words “Feel Free” There is a link for “more details” that normally sends you to another page that outlines the product offerings. As of yesterday or today that link does not work and when clicked just reloads the homepage. I have tried on several browsers and platforms. It happens in all of them. It also does not load from the edit page in the backend of WordPress. It just loads the homepage. It is a very important page to the shop and used frequently by visitors so I am very anxious to fix it but have run out of ideas as to why it is happening.

    Plain and simple, does anyone know what is happening and how to fix it?

    Having attempted to use the permalink fix mentioned by some (switching the permalink settings to another and then changing back) there was no change. It did not work in either setting. Having changed the link from the homepage by removing the closing/last backslash “/” seemed to allow the page to load, at least temporarily. Adding the “/” again did not cause the link to reload the homepage. Although the settings and link are exactly as they were originally, this may be a temporary fix. I would still like to know why it happened and if there is a reason this odd workaround may have worked.

    When I browsed your website, it seemed that the links worked. Can you give me a specific example which does not work ?

    For permalinks to work requires that your hosting have “mod_rewrite” active in your website hosting. You could either ask your website support or query the configuration yourself, into a file in the root of your web files with a name like “phpinfoSecretName35x.php”

    <?php
     phpinfo();
    ?>

    The elaborate name is to prevent all this info being publicly accessible as it may provide security vulnerabilities. Run the above and see if “mod_rewrite” is enabled.
