Unfortunately you cannot use shortcodes in the Destination URL. It needs to be a well formed URL starting with https:// or https://

I do so – such construction works in WP c Custom Content Shortcode plugin
but does not work in your plugin – I think this is some kind of mistake.

I understand this is something that their plugin does, but it isn’t something we’re planning on including in our plugin as it opens up too many security issues.
