Link Tag change and Reference Help!

  • Hi,

    I want to change my body text link to behave differently. To make it behave differently, I have resources including css and javascript. I have put css under (.cl-effect-2) and put javascript in the folder script.js.

    Questions:
    1. Do I have to call that particular javasript in header.php?
    2. What is the best possible change I could make to take in new body text link effect?
