Link team members to author posts

Hello,
Nice plugin, works fine!
The only problem I have is with the “Web URL – Website url of this team member”. How does this work? Is it possible to link this with members blog posts – if there are any of course?
I entered a simple web address here like “www.google.com” and the result in page was “https://www.mysite.com/team/www.google.com” !
How to use this field?
