Link through displayed icons

Hi everyone!

I have a map with several Points of Interes ( https://www.lasendadelduero.com/?p=358 ). Each POI is recorded in a txt file according to the rules written in https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Openlayers_POI_layer_example

I would like to know if it is possible to link the icon of each POI with a new web page.
