Link to a Project Auto-Opened

Hello,
Is there a way to link to a project that is auto-opened in the grid? For example, I see that when I click on a project, it goes to a link, like #thumb1 or #thumb2. But if I try to link directly to this link, it doesn’t open the page with the project automatically open. Is there a way to do this so I can create a link on one page and it goes to the project page with a certain project opened?
