Link to access a form in edit mode

    I created a form to complete personal data with custom fields etc etc Example [ultimatemember form_id = 2028] all ok, but, how do I can specify the link for a user to log in to access directly to complete their data without first displaying the form [ultimatemember form_id = 2028]?
    showing me the url icon in the edit form is for example “http: // my page.org.ar/user/williams-r/?profiletab=main&um_action=edit” so I need a way to replace “wiliams-r ” for the user logged in that time to get the correct link

    Profile form need to be edited in core profile page only, it won’t work if added to a standard page.
