Link to API SMS function

Hi there.

I’m trying to link my submission forms to API sms function.

The output should look like this. Standard message and I only want the lat 9 numbers of the cellphone to be built (last part of the url).

Created a field with numbers, only allow 9 numbers, and created the nickname.

How should I do this?

I tried this link, but it dowt seem to work.
