    Hi!

I’m trying to implement all the information you have in this link , but the banner doesn’t appear when clicked in mi site. I can’t update the plugin because it would require updating the PHP version of the site, and that’s something I haven’t validated yet.

I think the problem might be related to the class .cmplz-manage-consent, but I’m not sure.

    Can you help me? Thanks!

    Hi @ireneokticket,

You’re indeed using an “old” version of the Complianz plugin (5.5.3), and this is the likely reason why the filter doesn’t behave as expected currently, as the code is intended for more recent versions of the Complianz plugin.

After updating the Complianz plugin to the latest available version, it should start working.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi, @jarnovos

So, there’s no way of having a link to manage de the cookie settings with this version? ??

It’s just something temporary after we’ll lunch the new website, and just for the changes in GA.

    Thanks again!

    Hi @ireneokticket,

Please note that this won’t work on the Cookie Policy document specifically, because the Cookie Banner (and the Manage Consent button) are not displayed on this page.

If you still want to apply the filter on another page, try replacing the class .cmplz-manage-consent on line 16 of the filter with.cc-revoke.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi again @jarnovos,

It still not working with that change of class (I also try with .cc-widow and .cc-floating, but nothing happened..) ??

    What a pity!

    Hi @ireneokticket,

Please know that I would be glad to assist further, but as it concerns an outdated version of the Complianz plugin and as there have been many changes between these versions; this makes it really challenging for me to provide the assistance you require.

Please feel free to reach out to us once you’ve updated the plugin to the current version, and we would be happy to help you set this up.

    Kind regards, Jarno

    Hi @jarnovos,

I completely understand, many thanks for your time and very fast support. We will think about the update to solve this, and maybe other issues we will find.

    Thanks again!
