link to download backup does not work

    Hi
    I have just installed BackWPup Free latest version, created and ran backup which went fine (I chose Folder option, and kept default value “uploads/backwpup-c79bd7-backups/” for destination), but when I click on Download link in “BackWPup Manage Backup Archives”, I get an error message “page cannot be accessed” in browser
    I tried to download logfiles ==> OK
    Do you have any idea what may cause this ?

    Sorry but in my tests it works!

    With version of BAckWPup did you use.

    I am using BAckWPup current version (3.2.1)

    Please take a look at this (found in Apache logfile) a few minutes ago after retrying to download tar.gz file
    PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20482049 bytes) in /…/wp-content/plugins/backwpup/inc/class-destination-folder.php on line 101, referer: https://mywebsite.com/wp-admin/admin.php?page=backwpupbackups

    I looked into “information” screen in BackWPup Settings:
    PHP Memory limit 64M
    WP memory limit 40M
    WP maximum memory limit 256M

    Do you have any suggestion?

    Please try to increase WP memory limit. Because the file delivery itself don′t use many memory.
