Link to download file appears on ALL forms

  • Hi
    I’ve created a form, with a download link, and all is good.
    But I’ve just noticed that ALL my forms now, when the user has submitted their details, pop up a text message that says “Click the link below to download your file”.
    There’s no link to the file (which is good) and we still get the form content emailed to us as we want (which is good) but it looks odd that the visitor is told to download a file (which they’ve not asked for!)
    What have we done wrong?
