Link to FAQ article in title

I see an old request https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/direct-link-to-an-answer/ and I am wondering if there is any progress on this?
More so, I would like to be able to have an icon at the right hand end of the title (for example) that links to the individual answer.

To explain, I have an FAQ but if someone asks a question by email and I want to link to the actual FAQ item (rather than the list) it isn’t easy to do that at all.
