Link to folder?

  • I created a folder that holds a variety of images. I’d like to share the link so that those I share it with can choose which image best fits their needs. However, when visiting the link I get a 403 forbidden message…

    Check your site’s .htaccess file. Normally you can configure your site to allow browsing of site folders by adding:
    Options +Indexes
    to the .htaccess file. Understand this will allow visitors to view any folder at your site which does not have an index.php or index.html file. These files do not have to have any content; the browser will display a blank page.

    The Pro version of this plugin includes a short code for display the contents of a folder. This would be a better way to go.
