link to Googlemaps in new tab

    Hi, nice little plugin.

    I don’t need the lightbox effect on my page, so I disabled it and linked the map to a custom URL…. i.e. the full Google Maps page for my location.

    My only problem is I want the big Google maps page to open in a new tab or window – but I can’t seem to write the custom URL to make it do that. I tried appending target=”_blank” to the URL but it didn’t work.

    Any ideas how to make the link open in a new tab?

    Hi, thank you.

    At the moment, that’s not possible without modifying the plugin’s source. But the feature has already been added to the new version that’s scheduled to come out in about 2 weeks.
