Link to Images in Permalink (archive)

I am new to WP so bare with me. I have a gif image on my main page (index.phP) being used as a button. The path is https://mdrdsr.negimaki.com/blog/wp-content/images/vote.gif which is correct as is visible.
However, on my archive/permalink pages the image is not found and the path is changed to
https://mdrdsr.negimaki.com/blog/index.php/2005/03/08/24/wp-content/images/vote.gifWhat do I need to do to have any page reference my images in wp-content/images.
