Link to lost password directs back homepage

When I click lost password on https://winakoolbol.com/koollogin it forwards me to my homepage to log in without giving me the opportunity to have an email sent to me to reset my password.

I was also having an issue logging in from my other computer when I knew my password. I would enter the same url with my username and password and it wouldn’t work. Is there something I’m not understanding?

Please help as the resetting password link everyone is posting is not a solution for me.
