Link to old Newsletter

    Hi,

    On the page indicated there were 4 links to online versions of the latest newsletters made with Mailpoet 2.
    E.g. https://www.georgsoltiaccademia.org/?wysija-page=1&controller=email&action=view&email_id=14&wysijap=subscriptions
    Now these links do not work anymore, they lead to the home page …
    I thought it was due to being switched to Mailpoet3, so I reactivated the Mailpoet 2 plugin, but now the links lead to a blank page. What is the problem?

    Also on your support page you say that “if you are a MailPoet 3 user Simply get in touch with us by clicking on the round Help button (see image on the left) at the bottom of every MailPoet page on your Dashboard (works for both Premium and free users). ”
    But I can not find this image in the Mailpoet pages of the dashboard.

    Sorry I cannot be of any help with your question.
    Reading your message, I wonder if you could tell me how I can re-active Mailpoet 2? That could maybe solve te problems I described in my post below. THank you!

    We’ve helped you via email.

    The preview link issue was caused by an undefined function in Divi, generating plugin conflicts.

    The Help icon was not being displayed due to Adblock.

    Hi @charlie68,

    If you haven’t deleted the tables from MailPoet 2 in your database, you can re-activate it by going to your WordPress dashboard > Plugins page and then installing it again.
